The JK Harris mission statement is a thoughtfully composed statement, containing 21 words, but holding much more meaning to our employees and hopefully for you, our client. This statement was designed to leave no doubt as to what our mission at JK Harris really is – to do our jobs effectively with our customers’ best interests at heart and to deliver our services in a manner that brings about client satisfaction.

JK Harris recently released its new mission statement to allow our clients, prospective customers, the media, regulators, the public and industry watchers to see what JK Harris and Company’s focus will be, as we enter our 12th year of business. That focus is on you, the client.

Our new mission statement takes into account the development of our new Client Advocacy department. Much like the IRS’ Taxpayer Advocate Service, Client Advocacy was developed to work as a part of JK Harris to assure our clients are satisfied. It is our goal to ensure you are satisfied with the services you receive.

Since 1997, JK Harris and Company has been representing customers from all over the United States with tax problems.
