Three short words that represent so much to our team members at JK Harris – creating lifetime clients. What does this mean to us as a company? It means that we want our clients to be so happy with our services, they will return if they need us. We want to earn their tax preparation business year after year. Or, if they have a small business, we want to take care of them in our Small Business Services division. And, of course, the highest compliment our clients can pay us is referring their friends or family to us.

JK Harris recently released its new mission statement to allow our clients, prospective customers, the media, regulators, the public and industry watchers to see where JK Harris and Company’s focus continues to be. That focus is on satisfying our clients and providing them with the best in customer care.

Since 1997, JK Harris and Company has been representing customers from all over the United States with tax problems. Many things have changed over the years we’ve been in business. One thing, however remains the same: the commitment I made to provide affordable tax representation services to taxpayers who need it and to deliver it in a dependable, first-class manner. That is something that will never change.
