JK Harris Assists Northeastern Couple With IRS Debt
When George and Carmen G. were staring at a $50,000 debt they owed to the IRS, they found out that JK Harris, the nation's largest tax resolution firm, could help them out of their dilemma.

George and Carmen are disabled and on fixed disability incomes. In addition, George has been ill and the associated medical expenses are very costly. Because of these circumstances and the fact that there is not any monthly disposable income available, they qualified to be put into a Status 53- "currently not collectible" by the IRS.
Taxpayer accounts, according to the IRS, may be reported currently not collectible (CNC) if a hardship exists. JK Harris was able to make the case that George and Carmen were unable to pay the debt at the present time due to their disabilities and based on a disclosure of their financial information. According to the IRS regulations, the case will be tracked until the statute of limitations expire or the couple is able to pay the debt.
